Subject and Duration of the Contract
The subject of this agreement is the provisions for protecting the rights of users and
SSDSunucum from the service of SSDSunucum.
This contract begins when the user places an order and pays using any of the payment
channels and ends at the end of the preferred service period (monthly / yearly, etc.).
Article 1 - Service Delivery
If the information provided is complete, the order is processed, although SSDSunucum
guarantees instant setup for payments made with Credit Card and Money Order (in case of
payment notification), but it can be up to 48 hours for a system failure or any problem. It
is not possible for the user to claim any rights during this period.
For payments made by EFT, the delivery period commenced by SSDSunucum starts from the moment
the fee is entered into our specified bank accounts (in case of payment notification).
For any error caused by the user (sending missing information, sending the fee, etc.), the
processing time may be extended, so make sure that you enter your information correctly
during the order and complete your payment completely. My SSDSunucum is not responsible for
prolonged delivery times due to user error.
Article 2 - Hosted Content
All the services it provides SSDSunucum are organized according to the Constitution of the
Republic of Turkey. Turkey's position in ssdsunucum server to host content contrary to the
Republic of Turkey Law is strictly prohibited. In such cases, my SSDSunucum reserves the
right
to terminate your service without informing and refunding.
Turkey pornographic our positioning server / hosting erotic content are prohibited.
It is forbidden to host harmful content used for hacking / hacking on our servers.
It is forbidden to display attitudes contrary to any copyright / registration rights in the
content hosted on our servers.
If you think that such content is hosted on services purchased from SSDSunucum or you are

copyright owner, you can file a complaint by sending an e-mail to info@ssdsunucum.com.
The user is responsible for all content hosted using our Services and my SSDSunucum does not
accept any legal responsibility in any case. In any legal process that may occur, the user
is
obliged to cover all material / moral damages of my SSDSunucum.
In the event that any content hosted by the user on my SSDSunucum servers damages my
SSDSunucum
and services, the user is obliged to cover all material / moral damage.
Article 3 - Backup and Data Loss
My SSDSunucum is not responsible for backing up any service it provides. The backup
marketing messages and the
backup service provided are provided for the convenience of the user only. My SSDSunucum
does not guarantee
backup. For this reason, my SSDSunucum cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
Article 4 - Migration
My SSDSunucum does everything in its power to ensure successful and rapid migration in
services that are
guaranteed to move on the site. Nevertheless, my SSDSunucum does not provide any warranty as
to the duration of
the site move, as the duration of the site move is uncertain and can be difficult and

requests will be
answered immediately. Our fast and professional support team responds to notifications as
quickly as possible,

Article 6 - Scribble / Degradation Campaigns
In the event that it is determined by users who receive service to scribble SSDS server on

received will be canceled
without question and no refund will be made.
Article 7 - Slang Word and Insult
In case of any insult / swearing or humiliation to be made by the users to my SSDSunucum,
the service received

Article 8 - Uptime Guarantee
If the 99% uptime guarantee provided by my SSDSunucum is not fulfilled, my SSDSunucum must
provide the relevant
service free of charge for 1 month. The uptime reports reported by third party monitoring
software are not valid
for my SSDSunucum. My SSDSunucum maintains and reviews uptime reports. In cases where you
think the Uptime
warranty is not fulfilled, you can request your free service right by sending an e-mail to
info@ssdsunucum.com.
In VDS and leased server services, only the network is guaranteed, it is not the
responsibility of SSDSserver
that the VDS or leased server is running and / or accessible. In such cases, my SSDSunucum
will not be aware of
the problem unless the user reports it. In cases where the uptime warranty cannot be
fulfilled, the discount to
be provided in VDS / Dedicated Server services does not include 3rd party software / license
fees.
Article 9 - Reseller Hosting Responsibility
Users who receive Reseller Hosting services are responsible for supporting their customers.
SSDSunucum will not
support the customers of Reseller Hosting users in any way.
Our Reseller Hosting users are responsible for the content that they and their customers
host. SSDSunucum
Reseller Hosting is not responsible for illegal behavior by users.
Article 10 - Price and Package Change
No additional fees will be charged for the purchased service, during the period of service,
unless an additional
feature is purchased or used outside of the permitted limits. My SSDSunucum reserves the
right to change prices
and / or renew new services at the end of the service period.
My SSDSunucum reserves the right to make technical changes to all the services it provides.
I can edit the
packages as desired, my SSDSunucum cannot be held responsible for this.
Article 11 - Cover Loss
Users who receive service from SSDSunucumr accept that they will not damage SSDSunucum in
any way, do not cause
any material / moral damage and undertake to cover any material / moral damage.
Article 12 (a) - Legal Requirements
Users who receive service from SSDSunucum agree to not give any legal obligations to
SSDSunucum. It also
undertakes that it will cover all court and lawyer expenses within the requested timeframe
in a possible
situation.
Article 12 (b) - Obligation to Provide Legal Information
My SSDSunucum must, when necessary, provide legal authorities with any information requested
(if it is declared
in writing by the prosecutor's office or competent authority). This information may also be
user-specific
information when necessary.
Article 13 - Disclaimer
My SSSSunucum cannot be held responsible for any damages that the users host. My SSDSunucum
does not provide any
warranty to the user. These include data loss, delays, interruptions, and incorrect
information delivery caused
by my SSDSunucum and any SSDSunucum.
If data / information is obtained by third parties in a hacking incident, my SSDSunucum will
not be responsible.
Article 14 - Unlimited Hosting and Reseller
Unlimited web hosting services cover only the hosting of the files of the websites and only
the traffic of the
website. Unlimited web hosting space cannot be used for data storage and / or backup space.
Each hosting (every hosting account they open for reseller hosting users) has a 200,000
inode (file hosting)
limit. This limit can be increased for each hosting at an extra fee.
Article 15 - Server Software
SSDSunucum shared hosting servers are optimized by professional optimization companies and
all features are
stable. At the request of any user, no additional software is installed on the server / the
settings of the
installed software are not changed.
Article 16 - Being Informed

My SSDSunucum is not
the customer, but the customer must follow my SSDSunucum
Article 17 - Service Cancellation
My SSDSunucum reserves the right to terminate any service without notice or without notice
or by giving partial
refund, without giving any reason.
Payment can be made delayed for 3 days after the payment date. However, if the payment is
not made after these 3
days, the service is permanently deleted. My SSDSunucum is not responsible for backing up
and keeping the
service on.
Article 18 - Unauthorized Actions
For Web Hosting / Reseller Hosting
- Over 25% use of resources for more than 90 seconds is prohibited. There are many
activities that can cause
problems, including CGI software, FTP, PHP, HTTP etc. Is included.
- It is forbidden to use more than 5% daily for web hosting accounts and 12% daily for
reseller hosting
accounts.
- 10 MB or more files hosted on the FTP area are automatically deleted by the system. The
maximum allowable
limit for a single file is 10 MB.
- It is forbidden to run any water-based program on our servers. It includes server based
programs such as
IRCD.
- It is forbidden to run spider or indexer programs like Google Cash / AdSpy.
- It is forbidden to run any software that communicates with IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
networks.
- It is forbidden to run any proxy application.
- It is forbidden to run any bit torrent application. You can link legal torrents outside
our servers, but
you cannot host them on our servers.
- No file sharing / peer-to-peer application can be run.
- Counter-Strike, Half-Life etc. Game servers applications like this are prohibited.
- It is forbidden to run cronjob applications in less than 15 minutes.
- It is forbidden to run file sharing software (RapidShare etc.)
- It is forbidden to run audio stream / video broadcast applications.
- Users of one or / or more of the unauthorized actions above may have their accounts
suspended / permanently
deleted by my SSDS server without providing any proof.
For VDS / Dedicated Server
- In VDS services, it is not possible to use enough resources to damage other VDSs in any
way. Intense disk
activities and so on. can lead.
- No file sharing / peer-to-peer application can be run.
- Long-term intensive line consumption is not possible.
- My SSDSunucum servers can never be used for DDoS and Botnet attacks.
- Users of one or / or more of the unauthorized actions above may have their accounts
suspended / permanently
deleted by my SSDS server without providing any proof.
Article 19 - SPAM
My SSDSunucum never tolerates spam, bulk email, and spam. If this issue is not followed, the
services / services
received will be terminated with / without notice. All services that cause our IP block to
be included in e-mail
black lists (black list) will be terminated without notice.
Article 20 - Return Conditions
Our company's return policy is listed item by item on the

Article 21 - Privacy Policy

Article 22 - Right to Change
If my SSDSunucum seems it necessary, I can add, remove or amend new items and / or subtitles

the service contract. The customer declares and undertakes that he has accepted these
changes in advance.
Rize Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise
during the
implementation of this contract.
Any user who starts to receive service from SSDSserucum on this page is deemed to have
accepted.
