To view any recently-added folders, click <em>Refresh<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>To refresh the mail folder list in the Horde interface, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to the top of the Horde interface and click <em>Mail<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <em>Folder Actions<\/em> from the left menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Show All Mailboxes<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Rebuild Folder List<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The left menu will refresh and all of the detected folders will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure>\n    <img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/configurehorde.png\" title=\"configurehorde\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n        If you still do not see the desired folder or folders, contact your system administrator.\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"configure-roundcube\">Configure Roundcube<\/h2>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>In cPanel &#038; WHM version 78, the system sets up Roundcube\u2019s archiving plugin by default. This action allows the <em>Archive<\/em> folder and icons to appear on the interface by default.<\/li>\n<li>When you create a new email account, the Dovecot mail server creates a <em>Junk<\/em> mailbox by default. When you access that new email account via the Roundcube webmail application, Roundcube will create a separate, additional bulk <em>spam<\/em> mailbox. This behavior causes the Roundcube webmail interface to display a <em>Junk<\/em> mailbox <strong>and<\/strong> a <em>spam<\/em> mailbox. To unsubscribe from either of these folders, unset the toggle (or unselect the checkbox) of the folder from which you wish to unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"roundcube-1-4-for-desktop\">Roundcube 1.4 for desktop<\/h3>\n<p>To subscribe or unsubscribe to folders in the Roundcube desktop interface, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the left menu bar of the Roundcube interface, click <em>Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Folders<\/em> in the left menu. A new interface will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Folders<\/em>. A list of available folders will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Set or unset the toggles that correspond to the folders that you wish to view or hide in the Roundcube interface.\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>You <strong>must<\/strong> perform these actions for each folder that you wish to view or hide in Roundcube.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the back arrow in the top left menu to return to the <em>Settings<\/em> screen. To return to the <em>Mail<\/em> interface, click the top left menu icon to open the Roundcube menu. The <em>Folders<\/em> interface will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the list of available folders in the <em>Unsubscribe\/Subscribe<\/em> section.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To subscribe to folders, select the names of the folders that you wish to view from the right menu and click <em>Subscribe<\/em>.  <\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n        You <strong>must<\/strong> perform these actions for each folder that you wish to view in Squirrelmail.\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To unsubscribe from folders, select the checkboxes that correspond to the names of the folders that you no longer wish to view from the left menu and click <em>Unsubscribe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <em>Check Mail<\/em> in the top left corner of the SquirrelMail interface to refresh the list of folders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview You may need to perform certain steps in your webmail application in order to view folders that contain archived or Apache SpamAssassin\u2122-filtered mail.
