You will need to configure signatures within the Webmail Client that you use.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"configure-a-signature-in-roundcube\">Configure a signature in Roundcube<\/h2>\n<p>To create an email signature in the Roudcube Webmail Client, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to Roundcube.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Settings<\/em> in the side menu bar.<\/li>\n<li>Click  <em>Identities<\/em> in the first panel.<\/li>\n<li>Click an existing identity, or click <em>Create<\/em> to create a new identity.<\/li>\n<li>The email that appears is the email that will use this signature.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the desired signature in the <em>Signature<\/em> text field.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Save<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"configure-a-signature-in-horde\">Configure a signature in Horde<\/h2>\n<p>To create an email signature in the Horde Webmail Client, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to Horde.<\/li>\n<li>Click the gear icon to open the <em>Settings<\/em> menu.<\/li>\n<li>Under <em>Preferences<\/em>, click on <em>Mail<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Click  <em>Personal Information<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The <em>Your From: address: (optional)<\/em> text box is for the email address that will use this signature.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the desired signature in the text box above where it says \u201c<em>Save sent mail?<\/em>\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Save<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview An email signature is a personalized block of text at the bottom of an email.
