It is a suite of products including KernelCare and ImunifyAV+. cPanel &#038; WHM servers allow you to buy a license for Imunify360 from WHM\u2019s <em>Security Advisor<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Security Center &gt;&gt; Security Advisor<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>For more information about how to use Imunify360, read Imunify360\u2019s documentation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Hosting providers can disable alerts for Imunify360 for their licensed servers from Manage2\u2019s <em>Update Company Information<\/em> interface (<em>Manage2 &gt;&gt; Company &gt;&gt; Update Company Information<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li>If your server already has an ImunifyAV+ or KernelCare license, Imunify360 will replace it. You do <strong>not<\/strong> need to manually cancel those licenses.<\/li>\n<li>To install Imunify360 on cPanel &#038; WHM version 84 and earlier, you <strong>must<\/strong> manually install it. The cPanel Store will appear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"callout callout-warning\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Important:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>If the <em>Imunify360<\/em> alert does <strong>not<\/strong> appear in the list of security alerts, one of the following conditions exists on your server:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your server does not support Imunify360 (for example, servers that run Amazon Linux).<\/li>\n<li>Your hosting provider has disabled Imunify360 purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Your server could not connect to the cPanel Store.<\/li>\n<li>You are using a trial account.<\/li>\n<li>You are not a <code>root<\/code> user or a reseller account with <code>root<\/code>-level privileges.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"log-in-to-the-cpanel-store\">Log in to the cPanel Store<\/h4>\n<p>If you have already logged in to your cPanel Store account, the system will request access to this account. Verify that the interface displays the correct cPanel Store username and server name. Then, click <em>Allow Access<\/em>. A new interface will appear.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>To log in as a different cPanel Store account, click <em>Sign In as a Different User<\/em>. Then, perform the necessary steps to log in to the desired cPanel Store account.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"verify-and-complete-your-purchase\">Verify and complete your purchase<\/h4>\n<p>When you buy Imunify360 through the WHM interface, the system automatically selects the appropriate license type for your server. It also detects the IPv4 address to license. Verify your license order, accept the legal agreements. Enter or select the desired payment information, and then click <em>Pay Now<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After the cPanel Store processes your order, a confirmation message will appear. You will also receive an invoice via email from the cPanel Store.<\/li>\n<li>If the cPanel Store experiences problems with your order, an error message will appear. You may receive emails from cPanel Customer Service to help you resolve the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"installation\">Installation<\/h4>\n<p>Your server will automatically download and install Imunify360. To verify this, navigate to WHM\u2019s <em>Security Advisor<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Security Center &gt;&gt; Security Advisor<\/em>) again and the Imunify360 notice will confirm that the installation succeeded.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"purchase-from-manage2\">Purchase from Manage2<\/h3>\n<div class=\"callout callout-warning\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Important:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>To buy an Imunify360 license through Manage2, you <strong>must<\/strong> be a cPanel Partner.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"log-in-to-manage2-and-activate-the-imunify360-package\">Log in to Manage2 and activate the Imunify360 package<\/h4>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>If this is your first time to log in to your Manage2 account, the system may prompt you to agree to the <em>Imunify360 Partner Product Term of Use<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>If you have already agreed to the <em>Imunify360 Partner Product Term of Use<\/em> agreement, proceed to the next section to enter the required license information.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Log in to your Manage2 account. Perform the following steps to add the Imunify360 package:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In Manage2\u2019s <em>Dashboard<\/em> interface, under the <em>Licenses<\/em> section, click <em>Imunify360 Activation<\/em>. <em>The Imunify360 Partner Product Term of Use<\/em> agreement will appear.<\/li>\n<li>In the <em>Agreed to on by (Full name)<\/em> text box, enter your name and click <em>I Agree<\/em>. A confirmation message will appear and display your <em>Activated package<\/em> name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"enter-the-required-license-information\">Enter the required license information<\/h4>\n<p>Navigate to Manage2\u2019s <em>Add License<\/em> interface (<em>Dashboard &gt;&gt; Licenses &gt;&gt; Add License<\/em>). Use the available text boxes and menus to specify the server\u2019s <em>IP address<\/em>, <em>Group<\/em>, and <em>Package<\/em>. Then, click <em>Add License<\/em>. A confirmation message will appear.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"install-imunify360\">Install Imunify360<\/h4>\n<p>Imunify360 is now ready to install. To install Imunify360, use CloudLinux\u2019s installation documentation. After you install Imunify360, navigate to WHM\u2019s <em>Security Advisor<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Security Center &gt;&gt; Security Advisor<\/em>). The Imunify360 notice will confirm that the installation succeeded.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"purchase-from-the-cpanel-store\">Purchase from the cPanel Store<\/h3>\n<h4 id=\"log-in-to-the-cpanel-store-1\">Log in to the cPanel Store<\/h4>\n<p>Log in to your cPanel Store account, and then navigate to the <em>Extensions<\/em> page (<em>Solutions &gt;&gt; Extensions<\/em>).<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"add-imunify360-to-your-cpanel-store-cart\">Add Imunify360 to your cPanel Store cart<\/h4>\n<p>You <strong>must<\/strong> add Imunify360 to your cart with selections for your license type and a valid IP address. To do this, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Under the <em>Imunify360<\/em> section, click <em>Add to Cart<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The <em>Configure Your Order<\/em> interface will appear. Imunify360 will appear in your cart.<\/li>\n<li>Select your license term. The <em>Enter IP Address<\/em> section will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your valid IP address in the text box.<\/li>\n<li><em>Review and Checkout<\/em> will turn blue once you configure all items in your cart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"complete-your-purchase\">Complete your purchase<\/h4>\n<p>To complete your purchase, perform the following steps<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <em>Review and Checkout<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your credit card information.\n<ul>\n<li>You can select a previously used credit card in the <em>Pay with existing card<\/em> menu or enter a new credit card in the <em>Pay with a new card<\/em> text box.<\/li>\n<li>If this is a new cPanel Store account, the system will prompt you to enter your credit card information.\n<div class=\"callout callout-warning\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Important:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>To buy a monthly license, you <strong>must<\/strong> store a credit card on file <strong>and<\/strong> set a primary credit card. If you have not set a primary credit card, you can enter the credit card you want to use and select <em>Store Credit Card on File<\/em> and <em>Set as Primary Credit Card<\/em> from the cart. cPanel will charge this card every month.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Read and agree to the cPanel &#038; WHM Pricing and Term Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>Purchase Now<\/em>. The <em>Invoice<\/em> interface will appear.\n<ul>\n<li>To print this invoice for your records, click <em>Print Page<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"install-imunify360-1\">Install Imunify360<\/h4>\n<p>Imunify360 is now ready to install. To install Imunify360, use CloudLinux\u2019s installation documentation. After you install Imunify360, navigate to WHM\u2019s <em>Security Advisor<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Security Center &gt;&gt; Security Advisor<\/em>). The Imunify360 notice will confirm that the installation succeeded.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"uninstall-imunify360\">Uninstall Imunify360<\/h2>\n<p>To uninstall Imunify360, use CloudLinux\u2019s uninstall documentation.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"configure-imunify360\">Configure Imunify360<\/h2>\n<p>To configure Imunify360, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the interface.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>To configure Imunify360 to trim files instead of remove them, select the <em>Trim file instead of remove<\/em> checkbox.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To configure Imunify360 to remove files instead of trim them, deselect the <em>Trim file instead of remove<\/em> checkbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To manage Imunify360\u2019s file retention period, enter the number of days in the <em>Keep original files for<\/em> text box.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"file-locations\">File locations<\/h2>\n<p>Imunify360 stores files in the following locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Quarantined files: <code>\/home\/.imunify.quarantine\/<\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Backups of trimmed files: <code>\/var\/imunify360\/cleanup_storage\/<\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview Imunify360 provides additional security for your server.
