Generally, the <em>Settings<\/em> icon appears in one of your device\u2019s main screens. The <em>Settings<\/em> menu will appear.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/1-ios.png\" title=\"1-ios\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tap <em>Passwords &#038; Accounts<\/em> in the <em>Settings<\/em> menu. The <em>Passwords &#038; Accounts<\/em> menu will appear.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/2-ios.png\" title=\"2-ios\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tap <em>Add Account<\/em> in the <em>Accounts<\/em> menu. The <em>Add Account<\/em> menu will appear.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/3-ios.png\" title=\"3-ios\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tap <em>Other<\/em> in the <em>Add Account<\/em> menu of mail account types. The <em>Other<\/em> menu will appear.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/4-ios.png\" title=\"4-ios\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tap <em>Add Mail Account<\/em> in the <em>Other<\/em> menu. The <em>New Account<\/em> interface will appear.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/5-ios.png\" title=\"5-ios\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter your account information and tap Next. Enter the following information in the <em>New Account<\/em> interface\u2019s text boxes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <em>Name<\/em> text box, enter the name that you wish to use for the email account.<\/li>\n<li>In the <em>Email<\/em> text box, enter your email address.<\/li>\n<li>In the <em>Password<\/em> text box, enter the password for the email account.<\/li>\n<li>In the <em>Description<\/em> text box, enter a description for the email account.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <em>Next<\/em> to proceed to the next screen in the <em>New Account<\/em> interface.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/6ios.png\" title=\"6ios\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Select a mailbox type and verify information. Use the toggle at the top of the screen to select a mailbox type. Verify all of the information for your account.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>We recommend that you select the IMAP mailbox type. If you select the POP3 mailbox type, the mobile device\u2019s mail client will download all of the account\u2019s email messages, and then remove the messages from the server. You will <strong>not<\/strong> be able to access those messages from any other mail client.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/7ios.jpg\" title=\"7ios\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter the following information in <em>Incoming Mail Server<\/em> and <em>Outgoing Mail Server<\/em> text boxes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <em>Host Name<\/em> text box, enter the domain for the email account.<\/li>\n<li>In the <em>User Name<\/em> text box , enter your email address.<\/li>\n<li>In the <em>Password<\/em> text box , enter the password for the email account.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <em>Next<\/em> to proceed to the next screen in the <em>New Account<\/em> interface.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/8-ios.jpg\" title=\"8-ios\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tap the <em>Notes<\/em> toggle to disable the Notes application for the account. The <em>Account options<\/em> interface will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter the following information in the <em>Account options<\/em> interface. you may set your sync frequency and email notifications.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select how often your email syncs to the server from from the <em>Sync frequency<\/em> menu options.<\/li>\n<li>To get notifications when email arrives, check the <em>Notify me when email arrives<\/em> checkbox.<\/li>\n<li>To automatically sync email for this account, check the <em>Sync email for this account<\/em> checkbox.<\/li>\n<li>To automatically download attachments when connected to Wi-Fi, check the <em>Automatically download attachments when connected to Wi-Fi<\/em> checkbox.<br \/>\n<img style=\"width:250px\" src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/9-an.png\" title=\"9-an\"><\/li>\n<li>Tap <em>Next<\/em>.
