We provide support for the following products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>cPanel &#038; WHM\u00ae<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>cPanel DNSOnly\u00ae<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CloudLinux\u2122<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>KernelCare<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Imunify360<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>LiteSpeed Web Server<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>JetBackup<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>If you obtained your cPanel &#038; WHM license from one of our Partners, contact them directly for support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>For billing, license, and account support, submit a support request with cPanel Customer Service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If you need support and own a cPanel license, but have not yet installed cPanel &#038; WHM on your server, submit a support request with cPanel Customer Service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"support-request-requirements\">Support request requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Before you submit a support request, you will need the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Your cPanel &#038; WHM server\u2019s hostname or IP address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Your server\u2019s Support Access ID. To locate your ID, use one of the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Navigate to the <em>Contact cPanel<\/em> section of WHM\u2019s <em>Support Center<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Support &gt;&gt; Support Center<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Log in to the server as a <code>root<\/code>-level user and run the <code>\/usr\/local\/cpanel\/cpanel -S<\/code> command.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>If you are a cPanel Partner, you do not need to provide a Support Access ID.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"submit-a-support-request\">Submit a support request<\/h2>\n<p>You can submit a support request using the following methods:<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"the-create-support-ticket-interface\">The Create Support Ticket interface<\/h3>\n<p>You can open a support request with cPanel Technical Support in WHM\u2019s <em>Create Support Ticket<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Support &gt;&gt; Create Support Ticket<\/em>). This interface guides you through the support request creation process and helps identify your support request requirements. It also automates the SSH authorization process.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"the-cpanel-customer-portal\">The cPanel Customer Portal<\/h3>\n<p>To submit a request for cPanel Technical Support, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Log in to the <em>cPanel Customer Portal<\/em> interface. The <em>cPanel Customer Portal<\/em> uses the same login details as your cPanel Store account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <em>Submit a Request<\/em>. You can find this at the top of the <em>cPanel Customer Portal<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Follow the prompts to complete your support request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After you complete your support request, you will receive an email confirmation. This email contains your support request\u2019s ID. It also provides information about how to grant cPanel Technical Support access to your server.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>You will not receive an email for the created support request if you select the <em>Disable Email Notifications<\/em> setting.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"manage2\">Manage2<\/h3>\n<p>If you are a cPanel Partner, you can open a ticket in Manage2. In the Manage2 dashboard, click <em>Submit a New Priority Support Request<\/em>. This will direct you to the <em>cPanel Customer Portal<\/em> interface.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"grant-cpanel-technical-support-access-to-your-server\">Grant cPanel Technical Support access to your server<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to provide cPanel Technical Support access to your server, you can do so at any time.
