Additionally, you can view progress of open support requests, review closed requests, or contact cPanel Customer Service through the cPanel Customer Portal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>Contact your license vendor for support before you contact cPanel, L.L.C. You can determine your license provider via the cPanel License Verification website. For more information about how to identify your hosting provide, read our How to Identify Your Hosting Provider documentation.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"open-a-support-request-in-whm\">Open a support request in WHM<\/h2>\n<p>You can open a support request through WHM\u2019s <em>Create Support Ticket<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Support &gt;&gt; Create Support Ticket<\/em>). This feature streamlines the ticket creation process and automates SSH authorization. It also reduces the time it takes you to open a cPanel Support ticket. In addition, it attempts to identify your support ticket requirements and redirects you to the cPanel Customer Portal as necessary.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"manually-submit-a-support-request-to-cpanel\">Manually submit a support request to cPanel<\/h2>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>For an expanded walkthrough to open a support ticket, read our How to Open a Technical Support Ticket documentation.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>To manually submit a support request through the cPanel Customer Portal, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>In your browser, open https:\/\/tickets.cpanel.net and log in.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Select your product from the menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Read the Technical Support Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter your IP address in the appropriate text box.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter your support access ID in the appropriate text box and click <em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To determine your support access ID, navigate to WHM\u2019s <em>Support Center<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Support &gt;&gt; Support Center<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Confirm your contact information and click <em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter the details of your request and click <em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>Provide as much relevant information as possible.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter the login and access information for your server and click <em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you require assistance with multiple services, click the plus (<em>+<\/em>) tab and enter the access information for each additional server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submit this case as either a <em>Complimentary Support<\/em> or a <em>Priority Support<\/em> request.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>You <strong>must<\/strong> pay a fee for a <em>Priority Support<\/em> request.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After you submit your support request, you will receive a confirmation via email.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"review-open-and-closed-support-requests\">Review open and closed support requests<\/h2>\n<p>To view the progress of a support request, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Click <em>Show Open\/Closed Requests<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click the link of the ticket that you wish to review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"reopen-a-support-request\">Reopen a support request<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to reopen a support request, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Click <em>Reopen Case<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter the reason why you wish to reopen the case.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enter additional issues for the case that you wish for cPanel Support to resolve.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <em>Reply<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>Click <em>Leave Feedback<\/em> to tell cPanel, L.L.C. about your support experience.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview To contact cPanel Support, either open a support request in WHM\u2019s Create Support Ticket interface (WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Support &gt;&gt; Create Support Ticket), or access the cPanel Customer Portal and manually submit support requests.
