This document explains a Subaccount user\u2019s experience when you request that they set their initial password.<\/p>\n

New Subaccount invitations<\/h2>\n

In the Add User<\/em> section of cPanel\u2019s User Manager<\/em> interface (cPanel<\/em> >> Home<\/em> >> Preferences<\/em> >> User Manager<\/em>), you can prompt the Subaccount user to set their initial password. When you select that option, the following details the user\u2019s experience:<\/p>\n

    The Subaccount user will receive a welcome email.\n<\/p>\n

    The cPanel interface will prompt the user to set a password.<\/p>\n

    They will enter and confirm the new password in the appropriate text boxes and click Set Password<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The system will confirm that the user set their password and list the Subaccount\u2019s active services.<\/p>\n
