This document describes how to cancel a cPanel license in the cPanel Store.<\/p>\n

Cancellation timeline<\/h2>\n

When you cancel a cPanel license within 72 hours of initial purchase, the following actions occur:<\/p>\n

  • Cancellation occurs immediately.<\/li>\n
  • The system issues a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    When you cancel a cPanel license after 72 hours of initial purchase, the following actions occur:<\/p>\n

    • The license remains active until the end of the month.<\/li>\n
    • The license is not<\/strong> eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How to cancel a cPanel license<\/h2>\n

      Before cancelling a cPanel license, you must<\/strong> log in to your cPanel Store account.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      To cancel a cPanel license in the cPanel Store, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n

      1. Navigate to the Manage Licenses<\/em> interface.<\/li>\n
      2. Locate the desired active license in the table.<\/li>\n
      3. Under Actions<\/em>, click the icon ( ) to display the menu.<\/li>\n
      4. Select Cancel<\/em>. The Cancel License<\/em> window will appear.\n

        • Optionally, you can select a cancelation reason using the Select a Reason<\/em> menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Click Yes<\/em>. A confirmation message will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
