Overview<\/h2>\n

This interface allows you to review your server\u2019s transfer and restore logs.<\/p>\n

Transfer logs<\/h2>\n

This interface displays transfers that use the current transfer system in the Transfer Session Logs<\/em> section. The interface displays transfers that use WHM\u2019s Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account<\/em> interface (WHM >> Home >> Transfers >> Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account<\/em>). The Completed Sessions<\/em> section contains the finished transfer sessions, while the Pending Sessions<\/em> section contains in progress or stalled sessions.<\/p>\n

  • The \/usr\/local\/cpanel\/logs\/backup_restore_manager_log<\/code> file is the restoration process\u2019s log file.<\/li>\n

    Log rotation<\/h3>\n

    If no activity occurs in a pending transfer for two hours, the system sets the transfer to failed<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    The \/usr\/local\/cpanel\/scripts\/expunge_expired_transfer_sessions<\/code> script removes session logs after 30 days. It runs during nightly maintenance.<\/p>\n

    Session information<\/h2>\n

    The session transfer tables display the following attributes:<\/p>\n

    • Session<\/em> \u2014 The transfer\u2019s session ID.<\/li>\n
    • Initiator<\/em> \u2014 The process that initiated the transfer.<\/li>\n
    • Source Host<\/em> \u2014 The server hostname from which the system transferred the account.<\/li>\n
    • Start Time<\/em> \u2014 The transfer session\u2019s start time in the Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) YYYY-MM-DD-hh-mm-ss<\/code> format:\n

      • MM<\/code> represents the month<\/li>\n
      • DD<\/code> represents the day.<\/li>\n
      • hh<\/code> represents the hour.<\/li>\n
