Account transfers appear on the left side of the interface, while site restorations appear on the right side of the interface.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>This interface <strong>only<\/strong> displays if an account transfer is in progress.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"in-progress\">In progress<\/h2>\n<p>To pause this process, click <em>Pause<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>If you accidentally close this interface in WHM, navigate to the <em>Review Transfers and Restores<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Transfers &gt;&gt; Review Transfers and Restores<\/em>) and click the appropriate <em>View<\/em> link.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Use the <code>\/usr\/local\/cpanel\/bin\/view_transfer<\/code> script to watch the process\u2019s progress via the command line. The correct command appears at the bottom of the WHM interface:<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlight\">\n<pre style=\"color:#f8f8f2;background-color:#272822;-moz-tab-size:4;-o-tab-size:4;tab-size:4\"><code class=\"language-perl\" data-lang=\"perl\">You may close this window <span style=\"color:#f92672\">and<\/span> view the transfer on the command line: <span style=\"color:#e6db74\">\/usr\/<\/span>local<span style=\"color:#e6db74\">\/cpanel\/<\/span>bin<span style=\"color:#f92672\">\/<\/span>view_transfer DHGfWHNIu8STwNfZ3ywIOLLSGiCQtS<\/code><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"completed\">Completed<\/h2>\n<p>After the transfer and restoration process is complete, the top of the interface displays a <em>Completed<\/em> message.The links below the <em>Transfer<\/em> and <em>Restore<\/em> sections allow you to review the account\u2019s transfer and restoration logs, which can help you identify and resolve any warnings or skipped items. The total number of warnings and skipped items appears below each account\u2019s link.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/greenicon-1.png\" width=\"20\" title=\"greenicon-1\"> <strong>Success<\/strong>  \u2014 A successful transfer or restoration.<\/li>\n<li><img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/yellowicon-1.png\" width=\"20\" title=\"yellowicon-1\"> <strong>Altered<\/strong>  \u2014 Items that the system modified during the restoration process.\n<ul>\n<li>Conflicts between MySQL\u00ae or PostgreSQL\u00ae users and databases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/yellowicon-1.png\" width=\"20\" title=\"yellowicon-1\"> <strong>Failed<\/strong>  \u2014 Items that failed to transfer.\n<ul>\n<li>No available IP addresses exist on your system, or you do not have permission to use more IP addresses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/yellowicon-1.png\" width=\"20\" title=\"yellowicon-1\"> <strong>Dangerous<\/strong>  \u2014 Items that the system marked as dangerous and which it will <strong>not<\/strong> restore.\n<ul>\n<li>Symlinks inside the archive that do <strong>not<\/strong> exist in the home directory.<\/li>\n<li><code>setuid<\/code> binaries.<\/li>\n<li>Items that a user or domain owns, and which the system will <strong>not<\/strong> restore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/redicon-1.png\" width=\"20\" title=\"redicon-1\"> <strong>Skipped<\/strong>  \u2014 Items that the system did <strong>not<\/strong> mark as dangerous, but do <strong>not<\/strong> meet the current security context.\n<ul>\n<li><code>vhost<\/code> includes.<\/li>\n<li>Reseller privileges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><img src=\"https:\/\/ssdsunucum.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/redicon-1.png\" width=\"20\" title=\"redicon-1\"> <strong>Warning<\/strong> \u2014 Non-fatal problems during the restoration process that do not fit any of the above categories.\n<ul>\n<li>The system cannot read the reseller privileges file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To view a log file, click the appropriate link to the log file.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>To confirm that the system added the newly-transferred account to your backup configuration, navigate to WHM\u2019s <em>Backup Configuration<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Backup &gt;&gt; Backup Configuration<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"summary\">Summary<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the transfer and restoration logs, the <em>Summary<\/em> section provides a list of severe warnings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invalid log files that the system rejected.<\/li>\n<li>Renamed databases.<\/li>\n<li>Renamed database users.<\/li>\n<li>Skipped database grant tables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use the <em>Rename<\/em> links in this section to change the names of accounts, databases, and usernames.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"restricted-restore-errors\">Restricted Restore errors<\/h2>\n<p>If a component of the backup file experiences an issue (for example, a MySQL grant table is compromised, or a symbolic link attack), the system will <strong>not<\/strong> restore that portion of the backup file, and the interface will issue a warning.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Valid for versions 82 through the latest version Version: 82 Overview The Account Transfer interface displays the status and progress of your account restoration, and any warnings.
