Overview<\/h2>\n

These features allow you to view your resellers\u2019 disk space and bandwidth usage. You can also use this set of features to suspend, unsuspend, and terminate reseller accounts.<\/p>\n

To view and manage a reseller, select that reseller from the Select a reseller<\/em> menu and click Submit<\/em>. If only one reseller exists, the interface will automatically select that reseller.<\/p>\n

Manage reseller account status<\/h2>\n

You can perform the following actions to manage resellers from this interface:<\/p>\n

  • Suspend All user\u2019s Accounts<\/em> \u2014 Click to suspend all of the accounts for this reseller.\n
      \n
    • If you select the Suspend Reseller\u2019s Main Account<\/em> checkbox, you will also suspend the reseller\u2019s own account.<\/li>\n
    • For more information about account suspension, read our What Happens When You Suspend an Account documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • UnSuspend All user\u2019s Accounts<\/em> \u2014 Click to unsuspend all of the accounts for this reseller.\n

      • If you select the UnSuspend Reseller\u2019s Main Account<\/em> checkbox, you will also unsuspend the reseller\u2019s own account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Terminate All user\u2019s Accounts<\/em> \u2014 Click to terminate all of the accounts for this reseller.\n

        • If you select the Terminate Reseller\u2019s Main Account<\/em> checkbox, you will also terminate the reseller\u2019s own account.\n

          When you terminate an account, cPanel & WHM removes that account and all<\/strong> of its data. Make certain<\/strong> that you wish to completely delete the account before<\/strong> you terminate it.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Usage information<\/h2>\n

          The table at the bottom of the interface displays the current month\u2019s statistics by default. To view other months\u2019 statistics, click Last Month Bandwidth Usage<\/em> or Next Month Bandwidth Usage<\/em>.<\/p>\n

          This table displays the following information for the selected reseller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

          Disk Space Used in Meg<\/em><\/td>\nThe current amount of disk space usage, in megabytes (MB).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
          Disk Space Limit<\/em><\/td>\nThe maximum amount of disk space for the account, in megabytes (MB).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
          Bandwidth in Meg<\/em><\/td>\nThe amount of bandwidth that the user has used this month, in megabytes (MB).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
