ACLs are lists of features to which you wish to grant resellers access. For example, you can apply an ACL that grants specified resellers the ability to create cPanel accounts and install SSL certificates.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout callout-info\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Note:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>To create and configure ACLs, use WHM\u2019s <em>Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Resellers &gt;&gt; Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To create a new package, use WHM\u2019s <em>Add a Package<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Packages &gt;&gt; Add a Package<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"apply-an-acl-to-multiple-resellers\">Apply an ACL to multiple resellers<\/h2>\n<p>To apply an existing ACL to your resellers, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Select the desired ACL from the <em>Apply this ACL list<\/em> menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Select one or more users from the To these <em>Resellers<\/em> menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <em>Apply<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"reset-package-permissions-to-default\">Reset package permissions to default<\/h2>\n<div class=\"callout callout-warning\">\n<div class=\"callout-heading\">Important:<\/div>\n<div class=\"callout-content\">\n<p>Before you reset package permissions for a reseller who can create packages, you <strong>must<\/strong> deselect the <em>Specify which packages reseller can use for account creation checkbox<\/em> in WHM\u2019s <em>Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges<\/em> interface (<em>WHM &gt;&gt; Home &gt;&gt; Resellers &gt;&gt; Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>If this option is enabled when you reset the reseller\u2019s package permissions, the reseller may <strong>only<\/strong> use packages that they own.
