Overview<\/h2>\n

This interface allows you to specify a shared IP address for a reseller. Multiple resellers can use the same shared IP address; however, a reseller can only dedicate the shared IP address to one account.<\/p>\n

\n You can share<\/strong> an IP address between multiple resellers, but you can only dedicate<\/strong> an IP address to one user.\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Specify a shared IP<\/h2>\n

To specify a shared IP address for a reseller, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    If more than one reseller exists on the server, select the desired reseller from the menu and click Submit<\/em>. A new interface will appear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Select the desired IP address from the menu. This menu lists all of your server\u2019s IP addresses and labels them as follows:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      Delegated IP<\/em> addresses and their resellers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Dedicated IP<\/em> addresses and their accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Shared IP<\/em> addresses and their resellers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Click Save<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If the function succeeds, the following message appears (where example<\/code> represents the user):\n<\/p>\n
